MarketMine ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

By using MarketMine at marketmineapp.com, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

Information you provide directly

• Email address — collected at the point of purchase via Stripe. Used to identify your account and grant access to the Service.

Information collected automatically

• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. We only receive a confirmation of payment and your email address from Stripe.
• Usage data — Vercel Analytics automatically collects anonymized, aggregated data about how visitors interact with our site, including page views, referral sources, and general geographic region (country level). This data does not identify you personally.
• Session cookie — after purchase, we store a secure, encrypted session token in a browser cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains your email address and purchase timestamp. It expires after 365 days.

Information we do not collect

• We do not store the search queries or research results you generate within the Service on our servers. Queries are sent directly to the AI provider and returned to your browser.
• We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any other personally identifiable information beyond your email.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Verify your purchase and grant access to the Service
• Maintain your login session
• Respond to support requests you initiate
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the Service (via anonymized Vercel Analytics data)

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications. The only email you may receive from us is in response to a support request you initiate.

We use the following third-party services to operate MarketMine:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under their own Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your full card details.
• Anthropic — AI technology powering the research features. Search queries are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate results. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not associate queries with your identity when transmitting them.
• Vercel — hosting and analytics. Vercel Analytics collects anonymized, cookieless usage data. No personal information is shared. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

We use one cookie:

• mm_session — a strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie set after purchase. It contains an encrypted token used to authenticate your access to the Service. It is not used for advertising or tracking purposes and is not accessible to third-party scripts.

Vercel Analytics operates without cookies or persistent identifiers, using privacy-preserving techniques to aggregate usage data.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as your account is active, or as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Your session cookie expires after 365 days. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser cookies or clicking "Sign Out" within the app.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact us at hello@marketmineapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
• Session tokens are signed with a secret key and stored in HttpOnly, Secure cookies inaccessible to JavaScript
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers
• We do not store search queries or AI-generated results in any database

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Opt-out — we do not send marketing communications, so there is nothing to opt out of

MarketMine is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
